Jess is a Senior Content Strategist at RedCore Digital.
Her job is the part most agencies skip. Before anything gets written, she works out what a client’s audience is actually searching for, where they are in the buying process, and what a page has to say to turn a visit into an enquiry. Keyword research in Ahrefs and SEMrush sets the direction. GA4 and Search Console tell her whether it worked.
Day to day that means blog content, landing pages, service pages and email campaigns for B2B and SaaS clients. She’s as comfortable rewriting an existing page that isn’t converting as she is building a content plan from nothing.
The thread running through all of it is that she writes for people first. Copy that reads like a person wrote it, structured so search engines can follow it. Not the other way round.
She holds a BA in Film Studies and English from the University of Liverpool, and is GA4 certified. Wirral born and based.
